Consultation
After calling or emailing us, we’ll follow up to schedule an on-site consultation with your dedicated project director. Too often, homeowners are rushed into decisions they’re not sure about. Our process starts differently. We listen first—taking the time to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and what you want your space to become. We’ll take all necessary measurements and photos and plenty of notes to begin the design phase.
Design
Our experienced design team will craft an innovative and functional design for a beautiful outdoor space that fits your life, your style, and your long-term needs.
Once the design is prepared, we’ll send your estimate along with the proposed drawings and project contract. The drawings help illustrate the layout, materials, and patterns so you can clearly understand the scope of work and how the space will come together. If adjustments are needed—whether for design preferences, materials, or budget—we’ll work through those together. We can also provide samples to help you visualize the finished result.
Construction
Once everything looks right, you’ll sign the contract and we’ll issue the deposit invoice. Your contract outlines the scope of work, materials, and payment schedule so everything is clear before construction begins. We can also apply for any required building permits should you like us to assist with that step.
